I'm a product designer with a strategist's mind, who enjoys designing the underlying logic of a product before its surface. Most recently at SKT, one of Korea's largest AI tech companies, I designed Adot, a conversational AI agent app, working on a complex, fast-evolving product from early strategy to shipped experience.

My work sits at the intersection of business strategy, systems thinking, and product design. I enjoy bringing a structural lens to ambiguous problems and finding ways to make complex, technical products feel clear, trustworthy, and intuitive to use. My perspective is shaped by my degrees in Business Administration and HCI at Seoul National University, the instincts I've sharpened by shipping products across environments as different as five-person startups and a large, complex tech company, and the design rigor I'm now building through my Master's in Design at Carnegie Mellon University.

Moving between these worlds, business, design, and AI, has left me with one belief I keep coming back to: technology should serve people, not exist for its own sake.
